2. The device installed our company designed multi folding system ,folding type: N ?C ?double Z and so on: The specifications can be adjusted in fixed area, and adopt gear Stepless variable device to control the product’s length.
3.The device have 5 sets feeding raw material system, raw material transmit→automatic folding→automatic filling→automatic cutting→automatic output, the produce line is fully-automatic finished.
4The machine have 5 sets tension controller to adjust tension, to ensure folded products’ size precision.
5?The whole machine have one set automatic filling, roll cutting device and automatic output device.
6?The whole delivery system all adopt import transmit belt, strength , durable, no pollution.
7.The machine adopt import frequency convertor to control, designed reasonable, neatly , safety, easily to operate.
8. The machine adopt stainless steel which the part close to the product, the main parts of the machine all use national 45# stainless steel, adopt good quality bearing .
9The whole machine’s shelf adopt international U-steel welding, surface treatment for anti-rust paint, shelf welding size precision, belt wheel, bearing and all transmit parts, center precision, ensure the machine operation stable.
12.Standard screws are all adopt national good quality 45# stainless steel and inner hexagon screw, adopted anti-rust screws have no influence about the finished products. the whole machine electroplated well and has a good anti-rust properties.
