Non-woven Fabric Perforating & Re-rolling Machine

1. Request of machine: embossing, perforating, counting, separately-cutting, rewinding.
2. Effective width of raw material is 1850mm, embossing width is 1800mm, and maximum diameter of raw material is 1800mm.
3. The rewinding roller is plated. It is equipped with a big model embossing device. One embossing roller is plated, and the other one is made of woolen roller. It can produce core or non-core products. Embossing type can be made as client’s request.
4. The device has automatically stopping function (infrared ray), power is 7.5KW.
5. Rewinding roller has stepless device which can adjust the rewinding speed.
6. Feeding part has broad strap transferring device, and equipped with stepless tensile adjusting device, pneumatic synchronous transferring. It has true and stable helix perforating.
7. The maximum producing speed can be 200m/minute (depends on different raw materials.)
8. The rewinding roller has pneumatic pressing device. It is equipped with two pneumatic expanding rollers.
9. Width can be adjusted. The maximum diameter of product is 450mm. The perforating distance can be adjusted from 10cm to 60cm freely. No need to change the gear to adjust this distance.
10. The machine has 4 high precision oxygenation aluminum alloy crinkle-removing rollers.
11. It uses stepless device to control the speeds of embossing, perforating, separately-cutting, rewinding and counting. It is equipped with 10 sets separately-cutting knives.
12. The machine has 8 cylinders, automatic feeding device and broad strap synchronous transferring device.
13. The device uses imported transducer to control the speed. It has reasonable electronic wire layout. It is easily and safely operated.
14. The machine has two tension adjusting devices. It can make core or non-core products, perforating or non-perforating rewinding. It has rewinding looseness adjusting device.
